We provide three levels of assessment, assisted by highly experienced business psychologists:
- Psychometric assessment, feedback and production of a computer generated report with a short (half page) written review. This is the most basic service.
- Psychometric assessment, plus a competency based benchmarking interview, integration of evidence obtained from both sources, feedback and production of a more detailed written report.
- As above, plus in-depth discussion of strengths and development needs along with outline development actions. This is the most comprehensive service and is ideal as the starting point for a coaching/mentoring programme.
